UMClub is unique training programme of Rhythmic gymnastics.Based on my University’s knowledges and international work experience, I created my own unique training programme, which will become the basis for my future scientific dissertation. The advantage of my programme is to develop skills progressively from a young age and ensures a level quality that is sustainable toward elite level.
